August 2003 Meetings
In August 2003,
Federal and state agency team members along with other coastal engineers
and scientists held public meetings in or near your community. The purpose
of the meetings was to discuss an array of comprehensive coastwide ecosystem
restoration plans and the method used to determine the cost effectiveness
of each one and other factors considered.
